Bought Business package but cant access chat

  Hello,

  I just purchased the Business package (299e) and when I enter the Live Chat service it gets stuck (not working).

  Since I do need some help (I am transferring a self-hosted website into wordpress.com) please tell me what I am doing wrong here.

  I can also not manage my website. The system states that I cannot manage my purchase.

  Hi @dvanalyst, are you going to http://wordpress.com/help/contact ? I can see you’re logged into the correct account…
