Bought domain and it doesn’t register as I purchased it and own it?

I purchased my domain — receipt #31537976.
However when I log into WP and click the domain section it isn’t there. How can I get to my domain settings?
I have screenshots of the receipt and my web browser with proof.

I’ve contacted our registrar to see why the domain was not returned very soon after we made the request.

48 hours and no email? The email on file is correct. Where is the proof that the original email was sent?
My site has been down for more than 3 weeks. This is really getting ridiculous

Hi there,
We are still waiting on our domain provider to reply to our latest email. Literally, someone there needs to read the email and click a button to reactivate your domain. Until they do that, there’s not much more we can do for now.

This shouldn’t be so hard. Did I actually purchase the domain name?
Either i own the domain name and someone should be able to tell me where to edit the settings or I don’t own the domain name and therefore i have no access to the settings.
Did I just buy a hosting package and not the domain name?
I just need to get to the domain name settings and have a live active sight after I’ve paid WP for this. I don’t understand why this is taking so long.

@thebitesizedceliac actually we’ll need to keep you up to date: we are waiting to hear back from the registrar. As soon as we do, we’ll update you here or via email.
The domain expired and is redemption, so currently the registrar owns it. The fee to get it back has been paid, so now we are waiting for them to send it back. We will update you when we have news.
