  I would like to know why my purchase is not showing on account

  I have purchase domain asharfali.blog with started pack but its not showing on my account, purchased through paypal money deducted from my account but its not reflected on my admin panel, need help

  Hi @afuafra, our records show the payment did not go through. Can you contact your bank to confirm they aren’t blocking the charge, then try once more?

  as per my bank they haven’t hold any transaction, i have purchased it using paypal, please check from your side
