Bought eCommerce Plan, still haven’t received confirmation email or anything

  So i have bought eCommerce Plan (one year), payment was completed but i still haven’t received any confirmation from wordpress, and i’m not able to use any of those features,
  its been more than one hour seens payment was made,

  will it take more time?, will i receive confirmation email?

  this are my query, please reply quickly if possible,
