Bought Guided Transfer, but have received NO Support! Fix this.

Hey, I purchased guided transfer a few days ago; my site was transferred over to WordPress.com correctly, but I’ve had a MAJOR issue with WordPress Mobile not allowing my full site to show. Instead it’s going to that simple, basic WordPress Mobile view site, and it’s killing me.
I’ve disabled mobile on JetPack, yet there has been no change. I have tried to get in touch with the Guided Transfer assistance that I payed for, but no one is helping me! This sucks, because I could have done the transfer myself; I only needed you guys for the follow-up support. Someone please help me out with this issue; it’s affecting the release of my new site. Thanks

Hi there,
Deactivating the mobile themes via Jetpack menu is correct.
It sounds like WP Super Cache (used to speed up your site) needs clearing. It clears itself periodically, but you can force it via Settings->WP Super Cache->Content tab->Delete Cache).
I’ll make sure someone double checks your actual site via your ticket emails you back as well.
