Bought Guided Transfer, But No Happiness Engineer or Next Steps?

    Hi – I want to do the Guided Transfer, but my account tells me I already purchased it. Strangly no one has contacted me about moving my site and don’t know how to get this going.

    I have my host picked out, and know I need to switch themes because I purchased a premium upgrade (I have one already picked out).

    I’m ready to go but have not heard anything from WP or a Happiness Engineer. There must be some error here as I can’t believe the customer service would be this remiss.
