Bought Organization theme and want to move to Managed WordPress site

We have a Managed WordPress hosting through GoDaddy and purchased the Organization Theme through WordPress.com. How do I download this theme to move over the Managed WordPress site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are within the 30-day refund window, you can ask for a refund for your WPcom premium theme.
Provided you are logged into the username account that purchased the theme, you can do this directly in your site’s Dashboard>Store>My Upgrades

So, none of the premium themes can be used through the Managed WordPress?
Looks I need to go the refund route and find another option.

Many, if not most, of the premium themes can be purchased separately from their author for use on a self-hosted site using the standalone WP software. You’ll have to contact the author directly to purchase it for your self-hosted site.

Excuse my ignorance, but is there a database for these authors? Is there a better option to find the author besides Googling “organization theme author”? Thanks for your help!
