bought plan- now locked out of account!!!!!!!!!!!

  Hello,

  This is in regards to a different wordpress account for my business. I misspelled gmail (gmai.l) in the account when I created it. I attempted to transfer the email over in account settings to the correct email spelled properly.

  I received the transfer email and was given a link to click and log in to switch emails. My password is not working and if i hit forgot password the email must be going to the non existent misspelled gmail account.

  Before I was locked out I purchased the $35 dollar plan and wasn’t even able to create the website and now I am locked out and very disappointed.

  I have chatted with a WordPress admin and my question expired without being given an answer.

  Please help I cannot get into my account I just paid for and there is no way for me to reset the password. I attempted the recover form but cannot see the receipt number due to the fact that I am locked out…

  We are really sorry about the inconvenience your are facing with accessing your account.

  You can fill up this account recovery form: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery, to prove the ownership of your account so that you can restore the access to your account.

  Fill up that form and someone from the staff will contact you via the email provide by you on the “What email address should we contact you at?” field of the form to process with the further steps.

  Thank you for responding but,

  The reason I need help is because due to the fact the email was misspelled I never received a receipt number to fill out the account recovery form.

  I inserted the number next to WordPress on my bank statement but it says incorrect receipt number. I also cannot log into the account to find this number so the account recovery form is not helpful and the email receipt is being sent to an incorrect email!!!!!!

  I can provide you with the email from wordpress.com for the new email address transfer and show you the $35 charge in my bank statement to prove ownership of my account.

  Please have someone from staff contact me by email as I cannot log into my account which I just paid for.
