Bought plug-in with wrong account

Hello, I purchased a plug in for our upcoming ecommerce site and was signed in with a test account (davidtest27888) which is unverified as I provided a non-working email address at the time I made that account. How can I move the plug in to this account or receive a refund and rebuy from this account?

Are you still able to log in using that specific account, with username and password? If so then normally you can still check and manage purchases!
Otherwise what you can do is use the payment transaction reference from your card with our account recovery form:
