bought Premium but cannot edit CSS

  I bought WordPress Premium for $99 and changed my domain name. Now I cannot edit the CSS. It says I need to purchase Custom Design. But that show have been included with WordPress Premium. What do I do?

  I see that you have two sites in your account:

  bryanscottclark.wordpress.com

  and

  janessaysnothingsshocking.wordpress.com

  Currently the Premium upgrade is attached to the site: bryanscottclark.wordpress.com. You can edit the CSS by going to the CSS tab here:

  https://bryanscottclark.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fbryanscottclark.wordpress.com%2F

  If you would like it moved to: janessaysnothingsshocking.wordpress.com please let me know and I’d be happy to transfer it over for you.
