Bought second domain, is it possible to map to a page or a new wordpress blog?

Hi there,
I just set up a new WordPress.com account and registered my new site with a domain via a Premium account.
I also bought a second domain (via WordPress) which I planned to use to point to specific information on my site about classes I run – however I can’t seem to point the second domain to just that page.
So I tried by creating a new free blog, however when I try map this domain it says it’s already mapped to another site.
It also suggests that I would need to pay another £11 to map this, can you please confirm if this is correct – I’d be rather disappointed that I’ve paid all this money (£85 + another £22 for the second domain) already to WordPress to find out I need to pay more!

Every domain mapping is a separate upgrade.

Hi there timethief.
That is rather disappointing to read – however if I must do that, then my issue is that your interface does not allow me to move an existing domain I’ve registered via WordPress to a new WordPress blog.
I get a red message with Sorry but <domain> is already mapped to a WordPress.com blog.
I’d add feedback that your interface on this is very confusing, while I appreciate the documentation nothing in it states that the domains are linked to specific blogs, and not my overall account and there appears to be no way to unlink these once purchased.

Staff work their way forward through threads based on datestamps and timestamps from the earliest to the most recent. It’s a holiday season so be patient while waiting.

It is not possible to point a domain to a specific page on a site (it will always point to whichever page you have set as the home page), but I can help you move the domain to a different WordPress.com site. As you have already registered the domain with WordPress.com you won’t need to buy a second mapping upgrade.
Can you please confirm which domain it is you want to move, and what is the URL of the WordPress.com site with which you want to use the domain?
