Bought Studiopress Genesis Framework — how do I connect it to my wordpres site?
-
I just bought Studiopress Genesis Framework — how do I connect it to my wordpress site? When I go to the home page for Genesis, and hit log on — it takes me to a genesis wordpress.com login page, that doesn’t recognize my login information (email/ user name etc).
Any help on how I can get up and running would be greatly appreciated. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Genesis is not a theme we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. There is no FTP access to free hosted blogs and we cannot upload any third party themes into free hosted WordPress.com blogs. If you don’t understand the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org please read this > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you’re using your own hosting, you would just need to upload Genesis (and any child themes) through Appearance > Themes and then activate your theme. However, this is a WordPress.org issue, so this isn’t the proper forum for additional support. You should utilize the support forums that StudioPress provides their paying customers as well as the WordPress.org support forums at http://wordpress.org/support/ .
If you’re using WordPress.com for your site, you will only be able to use the themes available through WordPress.com.
