Bought the Domain, Got an Error

  I was logged into my wordpress and there was a notification that i could by my sitename.com for 15 credits… I did that, and went through pay pal paid for it, then I was directed back to wordpress where I had to fill in info.. i filled it in, hit send, then got an error… did I still get the domain?? what did I do wrong?? do I need to follow up with this???
