bought yoast premium but cant upload it

  Hi,

  I bought the yoast premium and have downloaded the zip file but i keep getting an error message saying the zip file is to big, I have paid for it but cant seem to use it can you help please? i tried removing just normal yoast and when i try to load that back on it gives me the same message…..please can you help

  Aloha dolceweddingphotography, It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

  I would recommend searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar issues. If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
