Bouquet Theme Problems

  So, I don’t have the Upgrade pack. Anyways, I have a blog and whenever, I view the blog on Tablets and Phones, the header cuts off and the images stick out.

  The mobile theme is a completely different theme. So if you have a responsive width theme that means the layout automatically adapts depending on the size of the device being used to view your site. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.
  Go to > Appearance > Mobile and disable the mobile theme
