  Hello sir..I apply for refund.14 days are gone and still not get refund..you say. It was issue but I not get amount in my account.if it is issued then what is it’s status? Pending or refunded..and how to I tell my bank that you issued to it my bank account?I mean can I show recipt as proove?please it take so long ..so do something

  The upgrade has already been refunded on 2013-03-07. Please check your Credit Card or Paypal statement.
