Box around text and buttons

  I’m wondering how to add a box around text.

  Basically if you take a look at this site as an example, it has a box around text along with buttons…this is exactly what I’m looking to do

  I’m completely new at this so not sure what the feature is called and coming up empty on searches. I’d prefer not to have to edit code if theres a widget that can add these but I’ll give it a go if thats not possible. In the page editor toolbar I don’t see anything to add this to the page.
