  I cannot put in boxes. If I create a box on word and try to insert it there are no lines. It used to work. I have asked for help several times and the feedback does not fix the problem. I am using Firefox; But, it doesn’t work on anything, explorer, chrome, etc. I am seriously getting frustrated.
