  How do I put my blogroll on the new Quintus theme next to the Home Tab?

  That theme does not have a Page template for Links so the answer is “you don’t”, unless you intend to create a Page and manually post all your links on it. Please see here for creating a Blogroll and using a Links widget to display it in your sidebar.

  P.S. It would be helpful if you created descriptive thread titles so others using the forum searchbox can locate relevant threads in the future.
