  When I try to log in to the website’s admin panel, I get the following message:
  Fatal error: Cannot declare class Nps_Survey, because the name is already in use in /wp-content/plugins/header-footer-elementor/inc/lib/nps-survey/classes/nps-survey-script.php on line 18
  I was supposed to receive an email with steps I should take, but I didn’t get anything like that. I can’t log in to this site, and I need to do it. Please help.
