Brand new account is not accessible

I initiated a new Premium account but I have not been able to logon or access it at all due to an incorrect email address in my profile. Account recovery does not work. Any replies I never receive nor can I contact anyone in support to fix it. If I cannot get a reply soon then I will request my bank to seek reimbursement for product not supplied which I would prefer not to do.
