Hi, I am considering purchasing a Brandup template from Brandupink.com and uploading it to my wordpress account, what type of account do i need to have to install this template?

It is only possible to activate the Premium theme template if you upgrade to the Premium WordPress plan or if you wish to install a 3rd Party/custom theme, then you will need the Business Plan.

Hey, thanks for the response.
1. Also, does Word Press allows any type of automated response ( 3 mail workflow) when I purchase the premium and business plans?
For example, Non-paying customer: I want this customer to get an email when they access my free pdf content. Paying customer: I want this person to be subscribe to my mailing list THEN, book an appointment with me via the form or calendly. After subscribing and booking, I would like them to receive an automated email.
2. Would I still need a 3rd party email marketing software like mailchimp?
3. Does Word press allows customers to message me via the website?

None of those things would be functionality built INTO WordPress.com (or WordPress) itself. You are likely going to want to hunt down plugins that add those features (or perhaps use a mailing service like mailchimp for some).
