Brave Creator

Hello! I’m trying to become a Creator for the Brave Browser. I need to upload an file into the plugin directory. Do I need a business plan ($300 a year) just to upload a free open source plugin?

Also it seems like wordpress is getting more and more difficult to use. I used to be able to make the site look decent on my own but now I’m having trouble. The spacing is all awkward. Look at the Contact / Referrals page – everything is all garbled up and on top of each other. In the editor it’s not that way. I can’t do simple things like place three icons that are all the same size right next to each other. It messes with the alignment and everything ends up looking like a 3rd grader did the site. Very frustrating.

    Hello,

Can you please post the web address (URL) of the site you are having problems with?

    Hello,

Yes, to upload a third-party plugin you would need a Business or eCommerce plan.

Details on the plans can be found here:

Regarding the problems you are having with layout, can you confirm which browser you are using, and is it desktop/laptop or a mobile device?

I have looked at the Contact/Referrals page with a couple of browsers and devices and I can’t quite see what you are referring to.

  • Hi there,

To clarify, are you looking to add a plugin to the dotorg directory?

If so, you can submit it for review here:

    Add your Plugin

I am not sure if you meant you want the Business Plan to upload a plugin to use for your site or you want to add a plugin you created to the directory for others to download.

    Thanks,
