Breach of Terms of Service: libelous or defamatory, incite violence

  Hi,

  I have been sending a report to wordpress.com to have a blog suspended:

  Isn’t it strange?

  Breach of Terms of Service:
  The Content should not be libelous or defamatory, does not contain threats or incite violence towards individuals or entities, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;

  It’s been a while and the situation might become worse as violence is being incited in this blog already, due to an unresolved misuderstanding, as well as libel and character assassination.

  Please help. The forum is under http://fr.wordpress.com but the stated blog entry is in English.

  This support forum is for WordPress.com hosted blogs only. If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums, not here.

  Hi,

  It seemed that the reply is auto-generated?

  I already clicked on the blog info (right corner), then report a spam and sent the report already but I haven’t got any feedback yet. I am requesting for immediate attention asap as more damages of libel might be incurred due to gossip.

  The blog I am complaining about is stevenin.wordpress.com.

  Hi Mark,

  I already read the Terms of Service. What can wordpress.com do about this situation if the blog owner is unethical to delete the entry to stop libel and other breach of terms?

  Sorry, just to clarify, this is about using wordpress.com not about my own blog.

  Please advise how can I possibly complain a French (fr.wordpress.com) blog in English. Thank you.

  Please do not start any more threads.

  Posting here repeatedly will not change any action that we might or might not take.

  I do not see a problem with that blog. My advice – do not comment there.
