Breaks Words Rather then Pushing to new Line
-
I am using the Blink Theme and if the screen is not big enough instead of pushing the whole word to the next line it will just break it up. As you shrink the screen down smaller and smaller the word will get broken up in different places. It is currently happening on the home page to the blog post titled “Is The Market Oversaturated” And I have a feeling it is happening because word press thinks the word is spelled wrong, but that is just a wild guess. Thank you.

Hi @luladreaming, I see you have changed the title of that post, and also set a media query to make the titles smaller at 400px and narrower. Long words on smaller screens can be a challenge. What you might try instead of the media query would be to set hyphens on the entry titles to “auto” like this.
.entry-title { hyphens: auto; }That does make things a bit harder to read though, so it might be best to stick with the solution you have now, setting the titles to smaller font size.
The other thing that can contribute to the issue is that the WordPress and theme software are inserting a non-breaking space between the last two words in the titles (and in the last sentence in a paragraph) to prevent “orphaned” words (a single word on a line.
Let me know your thoughts.
