  I am having the greatest difficulty in getting started. I cannot get my format organized and am lost. It seems that the profile is already premade and I cannot fix this. I am completely lost.
  How do I create my page?

  I see that you are using the Hever Theme – is that what you are referring to when you say format. If you are looking to set up the homepage similar to the demo you saw for Hever, you can follow the instructions on the theme page here:
