    I have spelt outdoor wrongly and also need to separate the words Brecon Outdoor Group instead of Breconoutdoorgroup if that’s possible

    Hi –

    Your username will appear as 1 word, you aren’t able to put spaces in it. The same for your website, URL’s read as one long word, no spaces.

    You can register the correct domain here:
    I checked and “breconoutdoorgroup.wordpress.com” is not available for registration, so someone else already owns that domain. Another free option for you “thebreconoutdoorgroup.wordpress.com”, OR you can purchase the custom domain “breconoutdoorgroup.com” for $18/annually. Custom domains drop the .wordpress part of the URL.

    You can edit the site title and include the spaces between words.

    re: changing a site title or tagline
    Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the underlying .wordpress.com URL and purchased the upgrade the Site title (blog name) and/or the optional Tagline can be changed on the top of this page at any time. Dashboard > Settings > General … “save changes”.

    Go to http://breconoutddorgroup.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php

    That is exactly where search engine spiders look for the site title and removing it from there can cause issues with getting your content indexed. Note that the site title (blog name) and blog address URL do not have to be the same but it’s better for SEO (search engine optimization) if they are the same.

    Hi Ladies

    Sorry for not getting back sooner but I don’t understand all this stuff and never meant to have the question made public. How can I cancel the forum being open to everyone? Also I have now owned a domain under Breconoutdoorgroup for 4 days and cant find our website anywhere and of course we do want that made public. WordPress are saying its all working. Am I looking in the wrong place?
