  I wish to renew the Premium Plan for brightwellcumsotwellwi.com for £85 in response to the email received with an offer for a continuation of a free domain name for a further year. However, when I follow the link on that email to ‘Renew Now’, the page I am taken to is that of our original free test site, ‘brightwi’ which shows no record of the payments made over the past 3 years.
  I need to renew by 18th December to take advantage of the domain offer, so a speedy resolution to this glitch would be appreciated.

  Hi brightwi,

  The upgrades for brightwellcumsotwellwi.com are owned by the account brightwellcumsotwellwi. Please try logging out of brightwi, then log back in with the username brightwellcumsotwellwi.

  Once logged into the correct account, there should be an option to renew on the Manage Purchases page.
