Hi,
overtime i try to customize my theme or change something on my blog, i get another window asking me to log into my account though i’m already logged in. when i’m trying to, it doesn’t work and it’s been a few days now.
First, I got a message from jetpack saying that my IP address was suspicious (or something like that) the system didn’t recognize my password or username. Now, it only doesn’t recognize my password or username. I tried changing the password but it still doesn’t work.
does someone have the same problem?
thanks a lot
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The site you’ve linked to is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom.
WordPressdotcom and WP are separate entities. You can learn more about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
For help with a self-hosted install of the WP software, you’ll want to head over to the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username on that forum you can register one on that page.
Best wishes.

Hi there,
You’re at the wrong support forum. Please post it at WordPress.org JetPack Support Forum. This forum is for sites powered by WordPress.com
For more information on what’s different, refer https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Thanks guys!
what is the best? .com or .org? I’m not used to all the technical terms and i’m looking for something simple (that’s why i opted for wordpress thinking it would be…but apparently i’m having a lot of trouble).
Can i decide to change from .org to .com knowing the fact that i already have a domain name?
thank you for your help!

Its up to you to decide what’s the best for you. If you are just focused on creating content and do not want to handle the technical part, WordPress.com is the best solution for you.
Here’s an excerpt from Differences between WordPress.com & WordPress.org support document –
WordPress.com is a great choice for bloggers, photographers, artists, plumbers, doctors, restaurateurs — almost anyone. However, techies that prefer to maintain full control over their code, should consider hosting their own WordPress installation. WordPress.com provides a large number of themes and built-in plugin functionality so you won’t need to upload your own.

I guess so but I’m not sure as recently some changes have been made to WordPress.com upgrades like custom domain mapping. I’ll tag modlook to this thread so that someone from the support team will be able to reply to your query.

HI there,
Can i decide to change from .org to .com knowing the fact that i already have a domain name?
You can do that. You’ll need to create a new WordPress.com site and import your content here from your .org site.
Then you need to add one of our upgrade plans to it. That will allow you to connect your domain here using domain mapping.
All the steps are outlined here:
