Bring a domain .blog to wordpress

  I want to bring a domain to wordpress and not pay it twice.
  The domain is buda.blog and I have it in 1 & 1, company that registered it to me before you announced it.
  I have tried and instead of paying the $ 13, I want to charge $ 35 and I include the registration.
  How does this work?
  Will I have to migrate to another server?

  While we register new domains here at WordPress.com, we’re not able to accept incoming transfers of existing domain names. Therefore, we recommend that you keep the name registered at your current registrar. You can use the domain for your site here at WordPress.com by mapping the domain, as explained here:
