I’ve been blogging with WordPress for over a year now and enjoyed customizing my blog for only $30 a year. I don’t need the other features with premium, I just want to customize my blog again. Paying $99 just to change my font and link colors seems a little ridiculous.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You should be able to purchase the individual upgrades as you have registered your account prior to Sep-2014. Bundling is only for accounts created after this September.

Have you found this is not the case?

No, it won’t allow me to purchase individual upgrades.

If you have always been using $30 Custom CSS upgrade then you should be able to renew it for the same price.

If you are sure you are talking about the same account that always has the custom design upgrade on it, then please confirm so that I will tag this post for staff’s attention.

I checked and I was not able to. And yes I’m sure about talking about the same account. I only have one for WordPress.

No, it won’t allow me to purchase individual upgrades.

Then that is a massive change in policy since the staff assured me that you can renew individual upgrades at the old price and old accounts could still buy the individual upgrades (and it has worked for some people I helped in the forum)

I will flag this for staff response

@gracejiyoung – sorry but that ducks the question – have you changed the policy or not?

And can an older account still buy a reasonably priced upgrade or are they screwed with the $99.- package?
