Bringing old html blog into this site

  I have a blog on my website, http://www.sitkavacation.com that I’d like to incorporate into this one, so I only have one. Is that possible? It has links and photos and such, which I haven’t quite had the time to master here. Can I do that and if so, how? Thanks, Sharon, the Sitka Lady.

  Unless you’re importing from an XML file from a specific blogging service or another type of importable file, you’re out of luck. WP.com doesn’t support straight HTML importing. You’ll have to copy and paste your old posts into the new blog.

  The other thing is that wordpress.com has a ToS in place which prohibits adverts and blogs being used to sell stuff.

  If she has a feed, couldn’t she import it that way?

  I don’t think she has a RSS as it must be an HTML created page (static). Currently though sitkalady, as drmike mentioned, it might be worth reading the terms of service as that page you have referenced might not be allowed.
