  I would like to bring my other blog over to Castile Soaps as well. The other is heavenlysoapswa.wordpress.com I have been wanting to do this for some months and need help.

  Hi there. Do you mean “heavenlysoapswa” is in a different username account? In that case you need to log into the other account, go to the My Blogs page in the classic dashboard, and click the link to transfer ownership of the blog to a different user. Then you transfer it to this username account. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account

  If both blogs are in the same account and you basically want to merge the two blogs into one, then you’ll need to create an export file of the “heavenlysoapswa” blog and import it to the “castilesoaps” blog.   I am trying to import an old wordpress blog to my new wordpress blog. I went to the old one and downloaded the file and uploaded it successfully so I thought to the new one. I received an email saying my import was successful. But the blog is not there.

  But the blog is not there.

  @castilesoaps,
  The import tool imports content into the website you import it to. It doesn’t create a website. Had you created the new website before doing the import?

  Hi there,

  I see that you did and import of heavenlysoapswa.wordpress.com into castilesoaps.wordpress.com, but heavenlysoapswa.wordpress.com was empty. It did not have any posts/pages which is why nothing was imported.

  Let me know if you have any questions with this!
