Bringing wordpress.com followers to wordpress.org

  After going through the forums, I learned that I need to contact WP support can help to bring my wordpress.com followers to wordpress.org. I have already installed Jetpack on my wordpress.org site and both are connected.

  My former wordpress blog is: http://fiftylimited.wordpress.com
  My current wordpress.org site is: http://lxax.me

  Can you kindly advise how to proceed?

  ps. Can someone on wordpress.com can “Follow” my wordpress.org site via the wp feed instead of just email? I just did a search on it and can’t seem to find anything that might make it work?

  WordPress.com users can add any site with an RSS feed to the Reader by adding it to their list of followed sites under Reader > Blogs I follow > Edit list:
