  I want to transfer brisfit.com to bluehost. brisfit.com is in redemption period. I need an authorization code and I can’t log into my WordPress account. can you give me the transfer authorization code?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi brisbanefit,

  brisfit.com is owned by the account you are logged in to and will need to recovered before it can be transferred away from WordPress.com to Bluehost. This domain expired on 25th May 2018 and is currently in the redemption period — we can still try to recover it but an $80 redemption fee will need to be paid in addition to the domain cost.

  I’ve sent a payment request to the email address on your Account Settings page. You can pay there and I will start the recovery process by contacting our domain registrar once the payment comes through.

  If you don’t want to pay the fee you can wait until the domain is released. Although please be aware this process can take 80 days or more and there is no guarantee you will be the first to register the domain again.

  Your payment has come through, thanks! I’ve started the recovery process and will let you know when I receive a reply from our domain registrar — this is typically 1-2 business days.
