    I need a backup zip file for this site and the tool and plugin are not available. I need help to unblock the permissions. Network Solutions says everything looks good on their side and I should reach out to you to help.

    I think Network Solutions intended for you to reach out to WordPress, not WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

    You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!
