Hi all.
When I send emails to (email visible only to moderators and staff) they are bouncing back with the following error message. Can someone at wordpress assist with solving this problem?

Hi! I understand your email service is coming from a different provider than WordPress.com. Generally a message like this is Google saying that your email didn’t pass their spam check, and as such they are suggesting that you add an ‘SPF’ record to your domain’s DNS records, or if that isn’t sufficient, an additional identification key referred to as a DKIM. Both of these are DNS records which basically tell your recipients that you’re not a spammer.
Just to note, it does look like your DNS records already have an SPF record in there.
If you check with your email provider for either ensuring that your existing SPF record is correct, or potentially for setting up a DKIM, you can add that to your DNS records using our Manage DNS guide.
One thing I should note is that our system specifically works with DKIM with a key length of 1024; key length 2048 will not work. Please do let your email provider know this, if you do ask them to generate a DKIM for you. I hope that helps point you in the right direction!
