Broke my .htaccess file
-
This is actually for alloutbaseball.org. I messed up on Tuesday using WP HTACCESS Editor app by making the really dumb decision of trying out a really stripped down version to test if it would fix our http://www.alloutbaseball.org to alloutbaseball.org redirect issue. What I didn’t realize was that probably killed our WordPress access so even when I tried to restore from the WP HTACCESS app it just keep saying “Unreported error” and I couldn’t get back to the WP dashboard. Seems like not a problem, just filezilla it… but our team’s president is out of town on business and he’s not responding to emails so the site has been dead in the water all week. Could somebody on the staff please restore our .htaccess file to the previous or whatever the default file looks like?
Thanks,

Hi there, it looks like you are posting in the wrong forum.
For help with a site using the open source WordPress software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/forums where they have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of the WordPressdotcom platform. WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and WordPress are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. More information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
