broken ai support no website

    please reach out to me when you can your ai support is not working and a domain is not showing up in my list of domains but have a receipt from march 20th stating there was a renewal

    Our records indicate that your site’s subscriptions were canceled because you disputed one of the renewal payments with your bank or card issuer.

    I’m not sure what led you to report the renewal payment as fraudulent to your bank/card issuer, especially if you expected to keep the website. In this case, please email our team directly at billingsupport@wordpress.com with the transaction IDs from your bank/card issuer.

    The transaction IDs will help us verify your account ownership and allow us to help you further, so you must include them in your email. You can follow our guide here to locate them on your bank or card statement.
