Broken controller as used my content to link their own
-
My blog has been linked to Broken Controller. I asked them to remove my content from their website and now they have linked it to their own website called anthology.com. The writer is MB Julien. I have asked them to remove anything linked to my blog name that is not permitted by me. Is there anything I should do? I just started my blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Oh no!
If contacting the site owner isn’t helpful (which in a case like this, they know what they’re doing is wrong and usually aren’t very responsive), you can submit a DMCA Notice to their host (Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a U.S. law which implements an international treaty on the issue).
With such a notice, you state what content is in violation and, upon receipt of a valid notice, the host is obligated to remove the content.
If you need assistance in determining a web site’s host, we recommend reviewing the following articles:

Please let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything else we can do for you!

The issue has been resolved. The link now goes to “page not found” The owner wrote me back and let me know that the link would not say “page not found” when clicked. Thank you for your advise.

Glad to hear it could be worked out before starting a more formal process! Happy blogging and thanks for using WordPress.com.
