broken embedded video detector

  I recently open my website http://www.anime-411.com, which is uses 3rd party site to host anime etc. I was wondering if their was any broken embedded video detector,widget,etc? I did notic the report flag but i find it very inconvient for people who visit my site and very slow and unreliable.
