  On WordPress,com, there is no theme called “broken enfold”.

  Could you please provide the site address you are referring to?

  @madridivine, Enfold is not developed by WordPress.com, so we won’t be able to help you here. Where did you purchase your theme? You should see an option to contact support there, for example:
