Broken Hyperlink/image

  My website is masseysbailbonds.com. on the home/index page under side bar under quick links under Utah offender search there is a small box with is a broken image. When I put my courser there and right click I inspect and see the following path https://masseysbailbonds.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/masseys.gif. I go into file manager but the file isnt there, I go into images not there. I go into theme editor and look for maseys.gif, again not there. and ideas and direction would be greatly appreciated
