Broken image links on a changed URL

    Hi

Changed the URL on a blog that’s set up to display university master’s students design work from s12014.worpress.com to something more ongoing unisquare.wordpress.com. Most of the links have now broken. As it’s not a paid blog I can’t install search & recover plugin, and half the images I don’t have anymore because they were on the blog so I can’t upload them.

I need to relink those images or return to the previous blog. You can’t edit the link for images in the edit image tool. How can I do this?

    Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi elliotsummers,

You can edit your images from within the post/page screen. Select the image, click on the pencil icon and change the link in the Image Details view.

    Hi

Yes I’d fiddled with that, but because it’s set up as a gallery (and possibly the template I’m using) the images are all one group, so selecting the pencil only allows me to reshuffle them, but not each image. The only way I can edit individual images is through Media, and that’s where the link is locked.

It’s academic at this stage anyway as the old ‘it fixed itself 12 hours later’ trick happened anyway. Maybe it just needed time to find the links? Or some kind of reboot? Neither of those seem logical to me in this case but it works now, so I’m not going to provoke it.
