broken Image preview for featured post for post list (works on page)

  blog.voltaicsystems.com – image preview is broken for the post list / preview but when you go to ‘2020 Holiday Gift’ it works. Tried uploading as PNG and JPG – file is correct size and spec – what would work here to fix?
