Broken images after transferring site

  I have changed my blog site from deepbluelips.wordpress.com to thepeerzone.wordpress.com. The posts appear on the destination site but the images are broken.

  Can I recover these by changing settings on the old or new site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I found no broken images on the front page of thepeerzone.wordpress.com. Have you resolved the issue?

  If the images in question are in the media library of the first site (deepbluelips), though, it will be necessary to NOT set the visibility of that site on private. That would cause the breaks you describe. Keep the previous site alive and non-private until you upload the images to the new site, if you intend to do so.

  Thanks for the help – I’ve simply purged posts with broken links.

  The old site is not private – however its content is empty. I would still like to know how to get the media references back.
