Broken Images on Live Website after a downgraded plan

Hi, I downgraded from the Creator plan to the Explorer plan. I understand that my site has been downgraded but why now all the photos are broken all over the site? How can I rectify the situation? It’s not a plugging that interferes, because I don’t use any plugging. In the Media Library you can see all the photos. I tried adding new photos, but even the new photos are broken in the live website. Please let me know what I can do ?

Are you still facing issues with broken images on the website? I just visited but didn’t see any broken images on a few pages I checked. If there are still broken images, can you share the link to the page so that I can check again?

Hi, Thank you for your answer. Yes I don’t see any photos yet. But it seems like some people see them. So I’m even more confused. I use Chrome browser.

It look like to be a problem with the Internet provider. Because some people view the site using a different internet provider than me.
