Broken link on your admin site

Hi WordPress – there is a broken link on your website, from the ‘Copy a Post’ menu item on the left-hand side of the screen. It currently routes to the New Post page instead of being able to choose a previous post (to copy and edit).
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It isn’t obvious, but you do have to have the “Writing Helper” module enabled on the Editor screen in order to access “Copy a Post”. http://en.support.wordpress.com/writing-helper/
If the module isn’t enabled, you won’t see it when that link opens a new post.

I am a novice in wordpress, although I have had an account for a couple of years at least. I have posted a link on Facebook to my “Hello World”, on, that page can’t be found”, How do I remove this? Your help woud be appreciated. The link is: http://respallturner.wordpress.com/2013/09/06/hello-world-6/

@lulu2617-since your question isn’t related to the one the original poster asked, please start your own thread rather than asking in this one.

@kent2020vision Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?
Otherwise please try clearing out your browser cache.

Thanks justjennifer – I can’t find the ‘Writing Helper’ module but the ‘Copy Post’ feature did work for me previously (I used it a lot) and I haven’t changed any settings.
kardotim – I do get the same problem in IE and Chrome.
Any more ideas?

PS: @justjennifer – I’m not sure which screen you are describing as the ‘Editor Screen’, so I can’t check it is switched on.

Click on Screen Options at the top right, and tick on Writing Helper. It will now appear below the Writer.

@gamenology1 – thanks for the info.
I’ve now found the option but ‘Writing Helper’ IS switched on, so I’m still none the wiser about the problem.
When I hover over ‘Copy a Post’ (in the left-hand menu) I can see that the link is ‘…wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?cap#cap’ (before I even click on it), which is exactly the same URL as the ‘New Post’ option.
Are you able to ‘Copy a Post’ on your own blog? Or is it just me having this problem?

Screenshot is here: http://wp.me/a29PQF-7I
I drew the red oval to show which ‘button’ I have clicked to get the page in the screenshot.
I get the same result if I click ‘Add New’ on the left.

Do you mean on this ‘Forum’ page or the orginal ‘edit’ page?
FYI – I am using IE but get same problem with Google Chrome.

No. On this screenshot: http://kent2020.wordpress.com/?attachment_id=479 you see just below the editor and above the ‘Likes and Shares’: ‘Writer Helper’ written. Click on that.
