Broken main navigation layout

Hello,
can anyone please support with this issue. As. you can see the main navigation broke for some reason. It is supposed to be horizontally displayed, Home, About, Portfolio and Contact, with a submenu under portfolio. I thought at first that it was a plugin, so I deactivated the latest plugins which were installed (wp armour, limit login attempts and wordfence) yet the problem persists,
Can you kindly support, please?
