  I am unable to manage my account. It keeps coming up as an error or just does not load at all. I don’t understand what the problem is. I am really new to this and trying to learn and the malfunctions is making it even more frustrating.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
